BHATE is providing geotechnical services to Tynes Development for The Station, the multi-family buildings at Arbor Terrace, as well as providing quality assurance concrete testing on the courtyard for Stewart/Perry.
Arbor Terrace will span 75 acres in northeast Birmingham near Mountain Brook, extending along Montclair Road from Dan Hudson Drive South to 52nd Street South, and will be the home for a corporate headquarters and multi-use campus with luxury residential options, medical and community-oriented retail and café spaces.
The development will have 300,000 SF of fully-renovated buildings with new infrastructure, modern architectural design features and easily-accessed covered parking (1,700 sizeable spaces). The Arbor Terrace campus has stunning mountain views and healthy lifestyle amenities including nature trails and an expansive central courtyard with green space.
