Daniel Corporation is developing a 336-unit, $60 million luxury apartment community in Pathstone, a master-planned mixed-use development in Pensacola, Florida. The community is next to the $2 billion Navy Federal Credit Union campus – the largest credit union in the United States with over $125 billion in assets and over million members with their Pensacola campus home to 8,500 employees.
Doster is the general contractor. The amenities and unit finishes of the apartment community will set a new standard of quality in the premium for-rent market in Pensacola.
BHATE is performing all quality assurance testing of construction materials including earthwork, rebar, concrete, post-tension, wood frames, masonry and asphalt.
Construction started in Fall 2020 and the first units are scheduled to complete in Fall 2021.
