BHATE Employee of the Month: Fabien Mondun

Congratulations Fabien Mondun – BHATE’s Employee of the Month for October!

Fabien joined BHATE as a Lab Technician in August 2018 and quickly began learning all operations of the lab and Construction Materials Testing (CMT) department.

A year after his hire date, Fabien was promoted to Lab Manager on August 23, 2019.

In this short time on the BHATE team, Fabien has improved his management/leadership skills, technical processes within the lab and has also been instrumental in managing BHATE’s Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL) and AASHTO laboratory certifications.

Fabien received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is currently studying for his Master of Structural Engineering.

Fabien’s positive attitude is contagious and we are thrilled to celebrate him this month – and every month!
