Daniel Corp. has begun construction in Birmingham’s Parkside district on a five-story, 228-unit luxury apartment development with retail across the street from Regions Field.
The Parkside district development is expected to be completed by late next year. It’s the latest project from the same developer involved in projects from Ross Bridge to Greystone, Grandview Medical Center, Patchwork Farms and Lane Parke.
The project general contractor is Hoar Construction with other design team members including Dwell Design Studio, Schoel Engineering, Vignette Interior Design, LMO Partners and BHATE Geosciences.
