SouthPoint Bank Opens

Bhate Geosciences would like to congratulate SouthPoint Bank on the grand opening of their new office located along Highway 280 at Grandview.  BHATE provided geotechnical, environmental and materials testing services throughout the project.  A unique challenge at this site was the presence of previously unidentified, shallow, underground coal mines.  BHATE was able to map the mine locations to assist the design team with actual building location and foundation design.  We are excited to see the project through to completion and hope the location brings SouthPoint Bank much success moving forward.
